Every order is intentionally and thoughtfully packed. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and packing.

During the launch periods of new collections, please allow 5–7 business days due to higher order volume.

At Muse of Junk, we always strive to work quickly and ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information!

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number email.

PLEASE NOTE:
Muse of Junk is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the Help Desk for assistance. We are always willing to look into the issue and try to assist the best we can!

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Muse of Junk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the Help Desk and we will do our best to assist you.

Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact the Help Desk within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review and assist.

Our goal at Muse of Junk is for every order to arrive safely and exactly as expected, and we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
